Whether its a video for a corporate launch event for 80 people, a gala dinner for 500 guests, or a meeting of over 1,000 people, Trilogy Audio has supplied professional AV equipment for these events. Projectors, projector screens, LED TV screens, LED touch screens and video cameras are all available to hire from Trilogy Audio.

Trilogy Audio makes use of LED TV screens for presentations, sports games, slide shows and movie viewings. Screen sizes available include 40″, 55″, 65″ & 75″. Commonly, we use 55″ & 65″ screens for hire as best size and value for money.

40″ LED TV screens are generally setup on a trolley stand or truss stand, bringing the base of the screen to about 1.5m, high enough for people to see screens clearly whether in a seated or standing configuration. These screens are all Full HD resolution. Some of these units are available as smart TVs. These work well as presentation screens for expos in a small booth.

 

For our larger 55″, 65″ & 75″ screens, we use our 2m tall truss totems which can either show the exposed aluminium frame or be wrapped in black or white fabric. These screens are mostly UHD resolution. Screens of this size work well for mid- to large expo booths, and are often built into expo sets. Our clients rent our large LED TVs frequently for higher-light daytime presentations for meetings, conferences and cocktail events.    

For app developers and app launches, we hire 55″ LED touch screens which allow delegates or guests to interact with your application in realtime. LED touch monitors can be mounted in a landscape or portrait orientation to mimic both desktop and mobile apps.  

LED uplighters are often incorporated into the set to light the truss to corporate colour schemes. Screens are also available on table-top stands.

TV Trolleys are available for rent, for neat expo displays or when you need to conveniently move your rental TV around a room - particularly useful in a training situation. 

Our LED TV screen hires includes delivery and setup. We supply data (HDMI or CAT6) and power cables as standard. Should you hire multiple screens or projectors, we supply the signal splitter device or switcher, and additional cabling. Most TVs can accept a USB flashdisc with images or videos to view on a single screen.  

Our Sanyo, Vivitek, Christie & Optoma data projectors and projection screens are available for hire where a larger screen is required in a darkened environment. A standard boardroom, classroom or lecture room projector is 1800 ansi lumen in brightness. Trilogy Audio supplies projectors of a minimum brightness of 3200 ansi lumen. This is substantially brighter & crisper, allowing for use in environments with more ambient lighting. Should your event be for several hundred people or in a demanding environment, we do also rent 4,000, 6,500 (WXGA / full HD) ansi lumen projectors. 

Our standard fast fold projection screen hires are 3m x 1.6m (10′ x 5.5′). This is a 16:9 ratio. Our projector screens are also available in the more affordable tripod stand screen option as a 2.3m x 1.7m (8' x 6') and smaller 1.5m x 1.5m (5' x 5') screens. For larger audiences or a smart finish, we may also recommend symmetrical screen setups on either side of the stage. We also supply larger screens suitable for a host of applications. Screens are all draped below with black draping.

Should you require rental of a DVD/Blu-ray player, media player, DSTV decoder or laptop to run your presentation or video, we also supply these. Kramer video switchers or scalers are available should you wish for a slicker and more professional switching of video signals between sources or for easily available black-outs.

For larger conferences and meetings, we offer comfort monitors for the presenter to see the presentation, countdown timers for speech time keeping, ProPresenter for awesome video and slide integration for multi-speaker meetings or church events, and splitters to send signal to multiple screens.

LONG TERM TV AND PROJECTOR RENTAL

Our TVs and projectors are also available for long term rental in Cape Town. These projectors and TVs are all in excellent working condition and can be installed temporarily on trollies or stands at your place of work, shop or home. ​

Common uses for our month or annual TV rentals include training or meeting rooms, seasonal airBNB rentals, in-store promotions, personal use at home, temporary office relocations and seasonal staff communication. Clients also find long term rentals a cost effective alternative to purchasing, and no need for a TV license as the TV already comes with a license. 

Our technicians can connect the TVs and projectors to existing or new installations of DSTV, DVD players and media players. Long term hire of TVs and projectors is an affordable way of adding technology to your office or home without a huge upfront cost. Once you are finished with your hire items, they can be returned and swapped out for larger or updated models.
